What happens to my documents if I cancel?
You can export everything before cancellation. After your billing period ends we retain your vault in a read-only state for 30 days, then delete it permanently and send you a deletion confirmation.
Can I migrate documents I already have in Dropbox or Google Drive?
Yes. On Growth and Professional plans, we include a migration session where we help you bring existing documents across, apply tags, and set up your folder structure. On Starter, we provide self-service import tools.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within a week. The main work is deciding on a folder structure — something we walk you through in the first onboarding call.
Is there a free trial?
